Overview
The Super Admin API offers advanced features such as team-wide webhooks and privacy setting bypass, providing enhanced control and flexibility for managing your data. This is only available on the enterprise tier for company admins - learn more.Super Admin Webhooks
A Super Admin webhook notifies you of all team meetings owned by your team, allowing you to automate workflows, integrate with other tools, and maintain an overview of your team’s meetings with a single webhook. How team-wide delivery works
Meeting events are delivered to the meeting owner and, in addition, escalated to every Super Admin on the owner’s team. So a webhook configured by a Super Admin receives events for all meetings owned by anyone on the team, without each teammate configuring anything.Escalation applies to the Super Admin role specifically. A regular team admin only receives events for meetings they own.
Setting up Super Admin Webhooks (Webhooks V2)
Set up the webhook while signed in as the Super Admin — the account that configures it is the one events are escalated to.1
Visit the Webhooks configuration page
2
Enter a valid HTTPS URL that accepts POST requests in the Webhook URL field
3
Optionally, enter a Signing Secret to sign payloads with HMAC-SHA256
4
Under Event Subscriptions, select the events you want to receive
5
Save the configuration, then use Send Test Event to confirm your endpoint is reachable
Legacy setup (Webhooks V1 - deprecated)
Previously, a Super Admin webhook was configured with these steps:1
Visit the Fireflies.ai dashboard settings
2
Navigate to the Developer settings tab
3
